FILE	Displays file number. This is a locator field. Place the cursor in this field, type your search criteria, then press F5 to locate a record.	Top

SFX	Displays file number suffix.	Top

FORM	Displays form code and name.	Top

DEPT	Displays department number associated with the file.	Top

COPIES	Displays number of copies that will print. Default is 2 copies. You can override the default number by typing your desired number of copies in this field.	Top
